Who finds the site for a new restaurant?
Our real estate development managers conduct a very comprehensive analysis of all markets and sites we select. From there, our real estate development managers leverage Cara's scale to secure an ideal site and lease. We will work with you on your desired market to identify the right site for you.

How long will it take to be approved and open a Montana's franchise?
The application process from the date of your initial inquiry to approval by our executive team is a two to eight week process. We will work with you to determine together if this is the right opportunity for you. Once approved by our executive team, depending on the status of real estate you are twelve to twenty-four months from opening your Montana's restaurant franchise.

How much money will I make?
Your return on investment is dependent on many variables; results will vary from one franchise to another and are dependent on things like market size, real estate business terms, market demographics and most importantly the hard work of our franchisees.

What else should I do to ensure I know what I am getting myself into?
A critical part of your due diligence will be to speak to existing franchisees. It is important to understand what a day in the life of a franchisee is really like. As we move through the approval process, our Franchising Managers will put you in touch with members of our franchise community in an effort to provide a better understanding of what it is like to be a Montana's Franchisee and make a confident decision.
